In 2011, I opened my doors and invited y’all into my clothing and accessories store, Dress & Dwell. My great grandmother said, “If ya’ quit wanting, ya’ quite living.” I find that so true in many aspects of life; which is why I opened dress & dwell and continuously evolve our brand. I wanted to provide my friends, family and customers who have become friends with a sophisticated curated array of girly goodies.
Understanding that the modern Southern woman’s life is dynamic and fast paced, but that she still wants to look and feel absolutely darling, I curated a line full of pulled together pieces with a casual ease. Being a Mom of two myself, I know that some days begin at the soccer field and end in a frilly dress – at dress and dwell we provide both. I often get asked my favorite style and thats a tough one….I really love so many styles and Im always evolving but I would have to say I’m slightly southern, slightly city but always classy. ” Pretty is a pretty does”- Another good one from my great grandmother.
Here, I invite you into my Doll house, where I will show you the behind the scenes of Dress & dwell, how I style my d&d wears and a little life/travel mixed in. Come along as I swirl my love for fashion, brass, antiques, all things girly, achieving the perfect outfit (and the perfect Paloma) and that sweet Southern sass throughout my life, and yours.
